Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) Principal Integration Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to collaborate with Missile Defense System (MDS) stakeholders to prepare Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) requirements products as part of the engineering objectives documentation and analysis processes.
What You'll Be Doing:

Participate in engineering meetings and present engineering product development updates

Provide analysis, failure review summaries and make recommendations
-
Lead development, integration, and fielding efforts regarding C2BMC Planner
-
Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams
-
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
-
Conduct stakeholder engagements to translate operational needs into technical requirements
-
Facilitate quality assurance and testing processes
-
Support documentation and training initiatives
-
Synthesize complex information from stakeholders into actionable plans
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
-
Master’s degree in STEM and 12+ years of experience
-
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
-
Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes and product development timelines
-
Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
-
Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
-
Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; exceptional written and verbal skills required

Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment

Proven expertise in strategic planning, integration, and training within military and defense

Track record of leading mission-critical projects

Experience in technical product coordination and software delivery to operational readiness

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Salary Range:
$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
