Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C-UAS Field Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology for a customer that has a global footprint.
What You'll Be Doing:

Support engineering analysis efforts related to the system selection and site deployments.

Analyze requirements, develop acquisition documentation, and support configuration management of documentation.

Support the test & evaluation of C-UAS improvements from testing facilities though the completion of document review.
-
Provide engineering project planning and technical support for the fielding of the various C-UAS capabilities.

Assist in the development of training curriculum.
-
Participate in maintenance procedure development.
-
Participate in technical documentation reviews and modifications.
-
Performs maintenance operations support, including screening and repairing electronic equipment; installing software in electronic equipment; and installation and de-installation of electronic equipment on vehicles, ground stations, and aerial vehicles.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
-
· Practical experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting communication systems, electronic warfare systems, radars, electro-optical sensors, and networking.
-
Practical experience with installing systems to include the fabrication of radio frequency (RF) cables, fiber-optic cables, network cables.
-
Practical experience with RF spectrum deconfliction and monitoring.
-
Experience with various pieces of RF test equipment to include spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, fiber optic splicer, signal generators, fox and hound, and time domain reflectometer.

Working knowledge of the Open System Interconnection modelTechnical knowledge of electronics principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applying skills in restoring equipment operations

Experience with electrical safety procedures, hazardous material handling, and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
