Salary: $45,000–$63,000 DOE | Start: Immediate | Language: English + Spanish preferred

Aerial Recovery, a veteran-led nonprofit, is searching for our next C-Suite Executive Assistant—someone with grit, adaptability, and tactical precision to help execute missions alongside our co-founders: retired Green Beret Jeremy Locke and visionary entrepreneur Britnie Turner.
You’ll run point on:
• Coordinating disaster response and anti-trafficking ops
• Managing schedules, comms, and logistics
• Syncing the C-suite, keeping chaos in check
• Supporting survivor outreach, nonprofit activations, and frontline events
Who You Are:
You’re proactive, steady under fire, Spanish-fluent (or close), and systems-savvy. You understand the stakes and love to move fast, plan smart, and protect impact.
Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in high-stakes admin roles
• Miami based (or relocating)
• Tech-capable: Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Align
• Built for pressure, driven by purpose

Entrepreneur Britnie Turner is obsessed with transformation. Her original desire was to be a missionary in Africa but after visiting several times she became frustrated that she wasn’t helping in a sustainable way.
