We are looking for an adaptable, proactive C++ Software Engineer to join our Algorithm & Software team.
In this role, you’ll be a vital link between algorithm development, software architecture, and cross-functional engineering teams.
Your primary mission will be to turn core algorithmic logic into robust software, integrate components across diverse platforms, and coordinate directly with adjacent teams to advance our software goals.
What will your job look like:
- You will implement, maintain, and refactor operational codebases in C++
- You will coordinate interfaces, align API specifications, and integrate algorithmic modules with platform and vehicle systems
- You will reproduce bugs, resolve integration issues, and address system-level bottlenecks
- You will maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and workflow guidelines
- You will maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and automated AI development tools
All you need is:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 1-2 years of software engineering experience; top-tier fresh graduates are welcome
- Solid proficiency in C++ and experience writing clean, modular, and maintainable code
- Familiarity with Linux, Git, and modern CI/CD software pipelines
- Experience with AI development platforms such as Cursor or Claude Code, including experimenting with them to improve development flows
- Strong understanding of software design best practices
- Experience with Python or scripting languages for build and integration automation – an advantage
- Understanding of system architecture, IDLs, microservices, or modular frameworks – an advantage
- Experience managing multi-team deliverables or tracking workflows using Jira or Confluence – an advantage
