Mary Wade Home is currently hiring for multiple positions our Skilled Nursing Unit & Assisted Living Community 

Our Skilled Nursing Unit consist of 94 beds of combination of Long Term Care and Short Term Rehab.

Our Assisted Living Community, Chatham Place at Mary Wade  is 84 apartment style rooms of 1 bedroom or studio apartments. Chatham Place is the Assisted Living / Memory Care Community that is part of Mary Wade. The community includes 84 units, a combination of one bedroom and studio apartments. 20 units are Memory Care and the rest are traditional Assisted Living. We have a bistro, a salon/spa, a fitness center and a rooftop terrace! 

 - At Chatham Place at Mary Wade, residents can live in either independent living, memory care light or traditional light. 

Hourly Rate Range: $19.75 to $ 22.45

Hiring for all shifts Full-Time (30 to 40 hours per week) + Part-Time (15 to 29 hours per week)

All positions include every other weekend

Shifts: Shift times may vary based on needs of the campus. 

  • 7am to 3pm
  • 3pm to 11pm
  • 4pm to 12 am (midnight) 
  • 11pm to 7am 

Monday to Friday: shift differentials for 2nd & 3rd shift

  • 3pm to 11pm Mondays to Fridays: $1.55
  • 11pm to 7am: Mondays to Fridays: $1.75

Saturday & Sunday: shift differentials for all shifts

  • 7am to 3pm: Saturdays and Sundays: $1.75
  • 3pm to 11pm Saturdays and Sundays: $2.25
  • 11pm to 7am: Saturdays and Sundays: 2.50

Job Requirements

  • MUST HAVE A CURRENT CT C.N.A CERTIFICATION
  • Provide basic care to residents as well assist them in daily activities
  • Be on-time every time
  • Follow the care plan every day
  • Be enthusiastic about a career in Nursing and Healthcare!
  • Be friendly, courteous and supportive to residents, families and coworkers
  • Speak with respect and professionalism to all. Be kind and empathetic
  • Uphold medical and nursing care standards and practices
  • Prior Certified Nursing Assistant experience in a skilled nursing facility or assisted living community  is preferred
  • CPR certification is not required

Dedicated Orientation and Training Supports Your Success:

All new hire CNAs are partnered with a CNA Training Coach for on-the-job orientation on the nursing floor. This interactive and hands-on program will prepare you for your own assignment. You will know your way around the floor and where to find documents, supplies and equipment. The Staff Development Nurse provides additional support and training. We will make sure you are ready to fly solo by the end of your orientation time!
