What We Do
The Center at Lincoln is a state-licensed skilled nursing facility in Parker, Colorado, serving patients who need physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care after a hospital stay or surgery. In a 68,500 sq. ft. facility with 96 private suites, its physician-driven care plans combine skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, psychological care, medication management, social services and discharge planning, delivered in a hotel-like atmosphere to help patients achieve strength, functionality and their highest level of independence.
