As a C++ Developer in our Technology team, you will play a key role in implementing advanced features in our core trading and risk frameworks. Collaborating closely with Traders and Quantitative Traders, you will gain deep insights into the nuanced adaptations we make to traditional models and strategies, enabling superior trading returns. Your technical expertise will translate these insights into high-performance systems, ensuring our trading strategies and risk assessments accurately adjust and take advantage of market conditions in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translating domain expertise into scalable, accurate, and performant trading frameworks and applications
  • Working collaboratively within the team, ensuring your contributions are well-documented and systematically tested for accessibility and reliability
  • Programming Languages: C++, Python, Rust
  • Databases: Postgres, kdb+, Redis
  • Infrastructure: Linux, Kubernetes

Key Requirements:

You have a curious mind and excel at applying logical and mathematical problem-solving skills to diverse challenges. A builder at heart, you strive to craft purposeful tools while embracing a collaborative approach. You understand the value of asking insightful questions, openly sharing your knowledge and ideas to benefit the team and the company.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
  • 2 or more years experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Proficiency in C++
  • Familiarity with SQL and at least one relational database (e.g., Postgres, MSSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Oracle, etc.)
  • Familiarity with GitHub and DevOps practices, containers, and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with Rust and Python is a plus
  • Familiarity with kdb+, Kafka/RedPanda is a plus
