Über die Rolle
In deiner Rolle als Technischer Einkäufer mit Dispositionsverantwortung (m/w/d) übernimmst du die eigenverantwortliche Beschaffung von Ersatz- und Zubehörteilen - von der Bedarfsklärung über Angebotsvergleiche und Preisverhandlungen bis zur Bestellung. Dabei stellst du eine zuverlässige Teileverfügbarkeit durch aktive Disposition und konsequentes Termintracking sicher.
Deine Aufgaben
- Beschaffung von Ersatz- und Zubehörteilen im KFZ-Bereich
- Abklärung der Bedarfsmengen mit internen Stakeholdern
- Anfrageabwicklung inkl. Angebotsvergleiche und Suche nach optimalen Einkaufsquellen für neue Ersatzteile
- Erstellen von Kontrakten und Einzelbestellungen inkl. Preisverhandlungen
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Teileversorgung
- Selbstständige Bestelldisposition (Einzelbestellungen, Lieferabrufe, etc.)
- Proaktive Überwachung von Lieferterminen
- Permanentes Tracking kritischer Kaufteile inkl. Rückstandsreporting
- Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen inkl. fallweises Besuchen von Fachmessen und Lieferanten
- Reklamationsabwicklung mit den Lieferanten
- Dokumentation und Pflege aller Einkaufs- und Dispositionsvorgänge im ERP-System (SAP)
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, FH, TU) mit wirtschaftlichen Aspekten
- Ausgeprägte Stärke im gleichzeitigen Steuern und Priorisieren mehrerer Themen
- Hohe Verbindlichkeit im Nachhalten von Themen sowie überzeugendes Auftreten in Verhandlungen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Belastbarkeit und souveräner Umgang mit wechselnden Anforderungen und Zeitdruck

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt für 38,5 Stunden nach Metallerkollektiv beträgt mindestens Euro 3.802,93 brutto. Darüber hinaus garantieren wir eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von deiner Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.

Skills Required
- Completed higher technical education (e.g., HTL, FH, TU) with business aspects
- Experience with procurement of automotive spare and accessory parts
- Experience creating contracts, purchase orders and conducting price negotiations
- Experience with order disposition, delivery tracking and backlog reporting
- Experience documenting and maintaining purchasing and disposition processes in an ERP system (SAP)
