Lithos Energy designs and builds advanced lithium-ion battery packs from the ground up for use in high-performance automotive, marine and aerospace applications. We build the things we design and manufacture in-house, in California. We are a growing team of experienced engineers and pride ourselves in our ability to deliver reliable, high quality and safe products to our customers.
We are seeking doers, highly skilled and self-motivated individuals who are able to thrive in rapidly changing, entrepreneurial environments. If you are genuinely passionate about electric vehicles, power systems and in building real products, you will be enabled, and expected, to innovate, create and have a substantial impact on the company. We have built a team of accomplished engineers working on perhaps the most important technologies being developed today.
We are looking to hire a Buyer immediately to support our team during a critical period. This is a 2-3 month contract opportunity. Must be able to start immediately and have experience within manufacturing.
Responsibilities:

Source and procure materials, components, and equipment to support production

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to meet production demands.

Identify and qualify new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and lead times.

Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize procurement strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 Years Experience
-
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing in manufacturing.

Strong supplier management skills.
-
Ability to analyze costs and identify opportunities for savings.

Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement best practices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay Range - 45-55 Per Hour
