Som Butikssäljare på Alcro Studio bidrar du till att skapa en exceptionell kundupplevelse. Du arbetar nära kunderna och hjälper dem att hitta rätt produkter och lösningar inom färg och design. I denna roll arbetar du även nära våra proffskunder samt med uppsökande sälj. Rollen passar dig som har ett genuint intresse för estetik och trivs i en serviceinriktad miljö.
Tjänsten är på 80% där helgarbete förekommer.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifterProfessionell service: Ge välkomnande och expertkunnig service till alla kunder i butiken.
Färg & Design: Ge vägledning kring färgval, produkter och lösningar baserat på kundens behov.
B2B & Proffsförsäljning: Aktivt arbeta med uppsökande försäljning och vårdande av relationer med våra proffskunder (företag).
Butiksdrift: Hantera kassaarbete, påfyllning av varor och säkerställa att butiksmiljön är prydlig och inspirerande.
Ambassadörskap: Bidra till en positiv och professionell atmosfär i teamet och mot kund.
Vi söker dig som är affärsdriven och har en naturlig förmåga att bygga förtroende. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:
B2B-erfarenhet: Ett tydligt fokus i rollen ligger på försäljning mot företag, vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av professionell försäljning.
Språkkunskaper: Du talar och skriver flytande svenska. Då många av våra interna program och system är på engelska, är det viktigt att du även har goda kunskaper i det engelska språket.
Körkort: För att kunna sköta det uppsökande säljarbetet och besöka kunder är B-körkort ett krav.
Estetiskt sinne: Ett stort intresse för färg, design och estetik.
Personliga egenskaper: Du är serviceinriktad, kommunikativ och tar ett stort eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter.
