Business/Data Analyst - Wix Marketing

Job Description

• Own the design of data models that transform raw data into actionable insights, and define their strategic use to inform decisions that fuel growth and optimize marketing strategies

• Leverage technical skills to work with vast amounts of data, establish measurement frameworks, and analyze results to align activities with north star objectives and identify areas for growth

• Conduct funnel and behavioral analyses, research key metrics, and extract actionable insights to enhance user journeys and uncover new opportunities

• Collaborate with teams across Marketing and Wix to understand business needs, translate them into data solutions, and align efforts with strategic goals

• Create and execute A/B tests, evaluate results with statistical rigor, and provide deeper insights from detailed analysis to inform ongoing optimization

• Build automated tools, design dashboards, and empower stakeholders to track and understand key metrics, making data both accessible and actionable for strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis on large data sets (preferably from an online company)

• Education in a field emphasizing quantitative analysis (such as industrial engineering, finance, statistics, or economics)

• Excellent analytical, visualization and presentation skills

• Independent, fast learner with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Professional proficiency in English with great communication skills, both spoken and written

• Hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, or experience with coding languages and a good understanding of relational databases - an advantage
