OUR TEAM:
In the Production Department, we aim to deliver operational excellence by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes while continuously developing our people and capabilities.
MISSION:
- Achieve Business Unit performance targets across Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SMQDC).
- Ensure team engagement, ownership, and accountability in daily operations.
- Develop team capability and autonomy through continuous coaching and competency building.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in people management, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in performance management (attendance, productivity, skill development, talent management)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and positively influence teams
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration (production, maintenance, quality, CI teams)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Power BI is a plus)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java
Preferred:
- Experience in multinational companies
- Knowledge or application of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
