Job DescriptionMarketing Communication Compliance is a sub function of Global Compliance and part of India Compliance Team. They provide necessary support to Global Marketing Communication Compliance from Hyderabad office. This position will be part of Marketing Communication Compliance Team in our Hyderabad, India, office. This team supports specific activities for and provides specific services to the Global Marketing Communications Compliance teams across regions. Business Trainee will be responsible for effectively managing support to Marketing Compliance teams based out of EMEA, APAC, and other regions based on business needs in managing various Marketing Communications Compliance activities such as review of Marketing Materials and others
Your Role
- Currently, the role will primarily support the APAC Marketing Compliance team. Based on business needs, regions in scope may get added or updated to other regions/areas such as EMEA, US, Global Materials and others.
- Review of materials related to financial promotions for APAC region, such as standard presentations, fact sheets and other financial promotion/marketing related communication for APAC as per agreed procedures
- Fulfil requirements and meet goals and benchmarks set out at the start of the Business Leadership Program
- Contribute to firm’s global initiatives and programs relating to process improvements, enhancing automation, process standardization across countries, improved analytics, and others
- Perform periodic monitoring reviews for marketing materials approved through risk-based review approach.
- Partner effectively with local and global Compliance team members and other business functions as required. Participate in periodic calls and meetings with the Marketing Compliance teams in APAC and other regions.
- Identify and review requests from external parties and determine appropriate responses for such requests, this includes requirements from various departments and business units too.
- Coordinate, organize and prioritize operations or projects with a special focus on results
The Experience You Bring
- Understanding of Financial markets, Financial Products and Mutual fund industry
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High standards of ethics and integrity with strong emphasis on compliance with rules/regulations
Working Conditions:
- Working hours will be from 06:30 AM to 3.30 PM IST. The schedule may also change from time to time based on business, process or project related requirements
- Shall be open to work flexible hours
Academic requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Finance
- No current backlogs
