ZS is scaling its Digital Products and Solutions (DPS) practice to deliver next-gen transformation through Microsoft's AI and low-code ecosystem. We are seeking a Manager who will lead delivery of high-impact digital programs powered by Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Copilot. This role is ideal for a strong delivery leader who thrives in fast-moving enterprise environments and brings rigor, structure, and innovation into complex Microsoft-first engagements.
What You'll Do
- Lead Enterprise-Scale Microsoft Delivery Initiatives
- Deliver complex, multi-cloud, and cross-platform programs using Azure AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot, with a strong emphasis on performance, user experience, and business value.
- Drive Adoption of Microsoft's Next-Gen Stack
- Embed Microsoft AI and low-code platforms into client solutions-accelerating automation, insight generation, and human-in-the-loop workflows using tools like Power BI Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
- Operationalize AI at Scale
- Implement frameworks to safely and effectively scale AI assistants and Copilot agents within business processes across commercial, supply chain, and operations domains.
- Own Microsoft-Stack business Development for Digital Programs
- Lead end-to-end execution of AI-enabled and Power Platform-driven programs-combining Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power BI, Fabric, and Dynamics 365 integrations.
- Manage multi-functional delivery teams, ensuring consistent velocity, quality, and client alignment using structured DPS delivery methods.
- Shape Digital Strategy with Microsoft Technologies
- Collaborate with ZS leaders and client stakeholders to align program strategies with Microsoft's evolving ecosystem, integrating Gen AI, RPA, Fabric, and data platforms into business transformation agendas.
- Strengthen Business Development Impact
- Enhance proposal and pitch strength by bringing delivery-led credibility and storytelling around Microsoft-based accelerators and solution patterns.
- Lead Governance and Risk Mitigation for AI-Driven Projects
- Define and implement delivery methodologies and controls for AI and automation engagements, ensuring responsible AI and secure cloud practices are upheld.
- Build ZS's Internal Microsoft Capabilities
- Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and training programs to scale delivery excellence on Azure AI, Copilot, and Power Platform.
- Represent ZS in Microsoft and Industry Circles
- Actively participate in Microsoft partner events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives to showcase ZS's innovation and build brand authority.
- Promote Cross-Practice Synergy
- Drive collaboration across Data & AI, Business Apps, and Digital & App Innovation areas to enable integrated solution delivery for clients.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business or Life Sciences.
- 7 + years' experience in life science industry management consulting.
- 4 + years' experience within a professional service firm is preferred .
- Ability to own and drive end-to-end project delivery: define the problem, design research, deliver on results
- Ability to work with cross functional teams, but US and India
- Fluency in English is required
