We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Consultant/Team Lead to join our organization, with 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Canvas and Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, custom connectors, pcf components, API integrations. This role requires strong technical and leadership skills, excellent client communication abilities, and proven experience in project management.
As a Consultant/Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing client relationships, and overseeing the successful delivery of end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage the development and implementation of Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
  • Design and develop complex PowerApps solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint,SQL/Postgres and other data sources with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Implement and leverage Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI and Copilot Studio for building advanced AI-powered applications.
  • Oversee the development of Power Pages for portal-based solutions and ensure seamless integration with other Power Platform components.
  • Provide guidance on API integrations and manage the integration of PowerApps with various external data sources.
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements, adhering to best practices and governance guidelines across Power Platform components.
  • Lead project teams, developing project plans, allocating resources, and managing deliverables to meet project timelines and goals.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, effectively communicating project status, managing expectations, and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) and oversee testing to ensure that deliverables meet client expectations for functionality and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform advancements, including Power Automate Desktop, AI Builder, and Power BI enhancements, and share insights with the team.
  • Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest innovative approaches for leveraging Power Platform tools.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering their growth in PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform technologies.


What you'll bring:

  • 6-9 years of hands-on experience in developing and managing Power Platform solutions, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot,Azure AI, Power Pages, and Power BI.
  • Strong expertise in Canvas and Model-driven Apps, with a solid understanding of Dataverse, data modeling, and integration with various external data sources.
  • Proficiency in API understanding and integrating third-party services with PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • In-depth understanding of at least 1 programming language- C#, Dot Net, Python.
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs, present solutions, and manage expectations.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching teams, with a focus on developing technical skills and fostering collaboration.
  • Understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and experience managing projects within these frameworks.


Desirable Skills:

  • Microsoft PowerApps Certification (PL-100, PL-900, PL 600) or equivalent certifications.
  • Familiarity with Copilot, Copilot Studio and leveraging AI-based solutions in Power Platform projects.
  • Strong data transformation experience, particularly with SQL and Power Query.
