Job Description

Grantek is looking for a Business Systems Developer to design, build, and maintain the internal applications, integrations, and automation workflows that support our global operations. This new role  will work across IT, Platform Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Business Process teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient internal digital solutions.
 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain internal business applications, workflows, and digital tools.

  • Build integrations between third-party systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, PM tools) using APIs, middleware, and custom connectors.

  • Follow Grantek’s SDLC standards for requirements, design, coding, testing, documentation, and release.

  • Translate business process requirements into functional and technical specifications.

  • Implement secure coding practices and participate in code reviews.

  • Develop automation scripts, low-code workflows, and internal agentic automations where applicable.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects, integration failures, performance issues, and system errors.

  • Maintain documentation for code, integrations, architecture, and system configuration.

  • Support IT Operations in diagnosing issues related to business applications.

  • Participate in testing and release planning for new features, upgrades, and deployments.

  • Evaluate emerging tools and technologies that can enhance Grantek’s internal digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Experience in full-stack development (backend, frontend, and scripting).

  • Proficiency in one or more languages: C#, JavaScript/Node, Python, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of API development (REST, GraphQL), webhooks, and system integrations.

  • Experience integrating COTS systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Azure or other cloud environments.

  • Experience with Git/GitHub Enterprise and version control best practices.

  • Understanding of DevSecOps, secure coding, and software lifecycle concepts.

  • Knowledge of SQL, database design, and data modeling.

  • Experience with low-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an asset.
