As a Business Systems & Automation Analyst, you will:

• Support day-to-day operations of ERP systems and related business applications, including
  troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support business
  decision-making.
• Build and support workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and
  Power Apps.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation across
  business functions.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures, user guides, and training materials.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment of new solutions and enhancements.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to support system improvements.
• Provide user training and ongoing support as required.
• Explore AI and machine learning capabilities within Microsoft technologies to drive
  efficiencies.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
   

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science,
  Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in business systems, data analytics, application support, or a
  similar role. Recent graduates with relevant co-op or internship experience are encouraged
  to apply.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
  Experience using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work directly with business users to understand requirements and provide
  support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong aptitude for technology and continuous improvement.

  Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Experience supporting ERP platforms such as JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or 
  Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with SQL Server, data extraction, report development, and database queries.
• Exposure to Power Automate Desktop and robotic process automation (RPA).
• Experience with SSRS, data integration tools, or ETL processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
