We are hiring a Business Systems
Analyst to turn messy processes into solutions that get delivered. You will run
the workshops, write the requirements, shape the design, and stay through
testing and go-live. AI and automation are part of the job, not a slide at the
end.
What you will do:
· Break
down processes, data flows and operational pain, then turn them into functional
requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.
· Design
the solution with architects and developers, and check what was built against
what the business asked for.
· Spot
where AI, automation and analytics remove manual work, and help those use cases
get implemented.
· Own
functional, integration and UAT testing, including calculations and
integrations.
· Be
the person business and technology both trust when the scope starts to drift.
Requirements
What you need:
· A
degree in IT, Computer Science, Informatics, Business Analysis, Engineering,
Data Science or a related field.
· Intermediate:
4–7 years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst. Senior: 8+ years,
with proof you have led complex analysis and transformation.
· Gemstone
platform experience. This is required.
· Working
knowledge of APIs, integrations and SQL, plus Agile delivery.
· Tools
you have actually used: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart,
Postman, SoapUI or Power BI.
· UML
and BPMN.
Advantageous:
· Financial
services or investments.
· CBAP,
PMI-PBA, Agile, data analytics or AI certification.
· Digital
transformation, automation or AI-enabled delivery.
Skills Required
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Informatics, Business Analysis, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst for intermediate level, or 8+ years for senior level
- Gemstone platform experience
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and SQL
- Agile delivery experience
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, Postman, SoapUI, or Power BI
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN
- Financial services or investment experience
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, data analytics, or AI certification
