As a Business Systems Analyst, you will operate globally, bridging stakeholders and delivery teams to implement solutions. You will offer expert advice, foster collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of business-driven initiatives.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing business problems with stakeholders, recommending scalable solutions to support organizational goal achievement.
- Facilitating requirement discussions, capturing thorough business and functional needs, and presenting them effectively to stakeholders and teams.
- Collaborating with developers, architects, managers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions meeting business needs
- Coordinating and leading user acceptance testing and resolving user issues post go-live
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 4+ years of industry experience, and a Bachelor's degree in STEM field or equivalent work experience
- Have 3+ years experience in a Business Systems Analyst role for enterprise-class systems
- Have 3+ years experience writing business and functional requirements
- Have 2+ years experience with Salesforce CRM platform
- Demonstrate exceptional business communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders, and internal teams
