The role focuses on advancing the capabilities of our supply chain business systems using the latest best of breed cloud and edge technologies that are integrated as part of our broader Oracle ERP environment.
Job Description
As a Business Systems analyst, you will work with business and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions as part of our major transformation program that includes major initiatives in Planning, Procurement and Transportation/ Logistics areas. You will partner with IT leads and vendors for implementing solutions in various supply chain areas.
In addition the candidate should have a working knowledge of the following:
Up to 5+ years of experience as Oracle Applications Supply Chain Techno Functional Analyst with expertise in Oracle Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing modules.
Highly desired 2+ years of experience in building PaaS applications and extensions with Oracle APEX, Autonomous DB, VBCS etc.
Create functional design and technical specifications to extend and enhance Supply Chain applications including On-prem Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion cloud.
Experience working in agile scrum methodologies to deliver projects and enhancements.
Exposure to Oracle/other Cloud Applications and Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules is a plus.
Hands-on experience with the latest digital technologies like Robotic process automation, ChatBots, AI/ML is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university
Up to five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
Working knowledge of Lean management systems and ITIL certification is desired
Possess critical thinking and investigation skills
Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus
Ability to research and interpret relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
Essential qualities include organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to work independently, attention to detail, positive client service attitude, the ability to multitask, and the ability to be flexible with changing priorities. Demonstrated ability to work well in and adapt to a team, take direction, follow stated processes.
Should be experienced with broad set of corporate IT initiatives and applications like Oracle EBS, E2Open and other business SaaS applications and emerging solutions
Possess a strong business and customer/client focus.
Ability to interact and influence variety of users and senior management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology
Very strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability required
Note: Candidate will be in the Schaumburg office 1 day per week.
