Who is Bond-Pro:

This position is open only to candidates residing in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. Relocation is not an option.
The Role:
You will support our product suite by ensuring requirements and features pass rigorous quality assurance standards.
This position is a quality assurance role that will focus on User Acceptance Testing internally before releases are made commercially available. It will require mastering our enterprise application over time, working with our customer-facing team to continuously author and grow our test case library, execute daily testing of the application, and coordinating UAT testing initiatives.
Duties also to include addressing any relevant problems, performing standard testing, and chaperoning your assigned features throughout data conversion projects.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and/or Quality Assurance Analyst
- Demonstrable experience with test cases for complex systems and creating test strategies incorporating a feedback loop
- Experience working in a SaaS organization, preferable in property and casualty insurance or financial services/banking industries.
- Excellent communication and customer interface skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool to manage requirements in Scrum hybrid process.
