Aegis Chemical Solutions is looking for a motivated, analytical, and solutions-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you'll serve as a key resource for our business applications, partnering with teams across the organization to improve system functionality, maintain data integrity, and implement technology solutions that support our growing business.
What You'll Do
As a valued member of our IT team, you will:
- Support, administer, and optimize business applications, integrated systems, and reporting processes.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert, providing technical support and guidance to end users.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across business applications and system integrations.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and develop effective technology solutions.
- Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementations with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop system documentation, establish best practices, and provide end-user training.
- Partner with the IT team to troubleshoot issues and support daily business operations.

QualificationsWhat You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in business systems analysis, application support, or a related role preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications, system integrations, data management, and reporting.
- Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate operational needs into technology solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SQL, reporting tools, or database management preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
Skills Required

This chemistry is ideal for destruction of H2S and Iron Sulfide; resolution of oil/water emulsions; and is unequaled as a green biocide. Chlorine dioxide may be provided with either mobile or permanently installed equipment.
