As a Senior Associate Business Systems Analyst, you will help advance how the organization measures, governs, communicates, and acts on IT performance. You will support the IT Governance Committee by coordinating high-quality materials, documenting decisions, and tracking actions, while also supporting the IT Metrics Portal and strengthening IT governance metrics through automation and AI.
This role requires an analytical and detail-oriented professional who can translate business needs into clear requirements, coordinate across business and technology teams, and help ensure governance processes and reporting are accurate, effective, and aligned with leadership priorities.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and process documentation for IT Metrics Portal and Power BI enhancements.
- Partner with business, data, and technology teams to prioritize and deliver improvements to portal functionality, usability, and reporting.
- Maintain clear documentation of enhancement priorities, requirements, decisions, testing results, and deliverables.
- Support the annual IT Governance Metrics Refresh and ongoing improvement of metric objectives, calculations, data sources, ownership, targets, and reporting requirements.
- Analyze metrics to identify trends, risks, data quality concerns, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead metric review sessions and working groups to define meaningful measures aligned with IT processes, risks, and outcomes.
- Research industry practices and emerging approaches to IT performance measurement.
- Identify and test opportunities to use automation and AI to improve metric collection, validation, analysis, and reporting, with appropriate controls and human oversight.
- Develop executive-ready presentations and communicate insights and recommendations to technical, non-technical, and senior leadership audiences.
- Coordinate IT Governance Committee agendas, materials, timelines, and presenter submissions.
- Track committee decisions and actions through completion and maintain accurate governance records.
- Support committee assessments, charter and policy reviews, control testing, audits, and regulatory requests.

Manage work through JIRA and Agile practices, ensuring transparency, consistency, and timely delivery.
