About This Role:
The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and support of Crusoe’s core business systems, with an emphasis on manufacturing-related business systems and processes, including Acumatica. The Business Systems Administrator will work with internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain an excellent end-user experience and improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Crusoe’s business.
A Day In The Life:

Maintain overall stability and data integrity of the Acumatica platform

Identify and resolve system Issues/Bugs, User Access Requests, and System Change Requests

Manage Acumatica ticket queues in Jira, ensuring all tickets are properly tracked from creation to resolution in accordance with the Business System team’s SLA’s and internal procedures

Engage and communicate with Acumatica stakeholders to continually understand business requirements and proactively identify opportunities for process and configuration improvements

Create, manage, and maintain internal documentation for Acumatica, document existing processes and customizations, and provide training materials to new and existing users.

Deliver training sessions and content to both new and existing Acumatica users

Manage Acumatica system release upgrades by understanding and prioritizing new release features, facilitating process discussion around new features, supporting regression testing, and deploying the releases in the production instance.

Develop, track, and report on annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as instructed by Business Systems team leadership.

Provide subject matter expertise to support integrations between Acumatica and other key business systems

Perform and acquire all relevant Acumatica certifications and trainings by attending in-person or online certification classes, training, and learning courses.
You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:

BA/BS or 5-year equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.

3+ years combined experience as a User, Administrator, or implementer of Acumatica
-
3+ years of experience working in or supporting the Manufacturing industry
-
5+ years of combined experience as a Business Systems Administrator or equivalent role (Consultant, System Implementer, etc)

Strong demonstrative knowledge of the end-to-end Manufacturing business process, including Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Engineering, Production, and Accounting.

Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.

Ability to work independently as a “self-starter”, with minimal supervision.

Ability to frequently and effectively re-prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to give, receive, and apply feedback from stakeholders and management in a respectful and professional way

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of $115,000 - $125,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
