🎓Profile Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

🛠️ Qualifications: 

• +3 years of experience as a Business System Analyst (MUST-HAVE)

• Experience providing Application Support for enterprise business applications.

• Proven experience in Functional Incident Resolution and troubleshooting business systems.

• Solid knowledge of SQL, including the ability to execute queries, analyze data, and support issue investigation.

• Experience reading and understanding application code in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, or similar (coding experience is a plus but not required).

• Advanced English (MUST-HAVE)

  🧩Responsabilities

• Provide functional and technical support for enterprise business applications, ensuring system stability and operational continuity.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents by performing root cause analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Execute SQL queries to validate, analyze, and maintain data integrity while supporting business and operational decision-making.

• Document business processes, system configurations, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles to support ongoing operations.
