Job Description

We’re welcoming a motivated and detail-oriented professional to become part of our Business Architecture & Solution Design team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the implementation of a group-wide planning and resource management solution, collaborating with international stakeholders and helping shape efficient workflows across jurisdictions. What you'll do

  • You'll design, update, and maintain checklists—a core module of our group-wide planning and resource management solution—while supporting platform setup to meet diverse international requirements.
  • You'll streamline cross-country workflows by contributing to enhancements in our end-to-end solution, improving team interactions and operational efficiency.
  • You'll support global operational teams in daily platform use, collaborating with end-users, IT, and project teams to uphold consistent standards across jurisdictions.
  • You'll prepare and maintain documentation such as test scripts and user manuals, ensuring clarity, quality, and timely delivery aligned with product standards.
  • You'll investigate operational issues and analyze root causes, identifying business improvement opportunities and assisting with system data updates and potential new developments.

Qualifications

About you

  • You bring over 3 years of experience in application support or implementation, demonstrating a strong foundation in managing and deploying technical solutions.
  • You excel in organisation, prioritisation, and interpersonal communication, confidently engaging with stakeholders across all levels—including subject matter experts, managers, customers, and suppliers.
  • You thrive in high-pressure environments, showing a proactive, “can-do” attitude, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a talent for self-management and initiative.
  • You have worked in dynamic, global firms, particularly within Financial Services, Private Equity, or Investor Services, and are comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving settings with distributed teams.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, can draft detailed mock-ups/specifications, and have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.

Desired Criteria:

  • Familiar with applying standards, practices and assessments relevant to product development is a plus
  • A quick learner eager and proactive to support the business and become a subject matter expert
  • Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops is beneficial but not essential
