Job DescriptionWe’re looking for someone organized and proactive to help with finding new leads, managing outreach, and keeping things running smoothly between teams. You’ll also help with tracking deals and making sure everything is done on time and recorded properly.
- Research and find new potential clients
- Build and update lead lists regularly
- Support outreach efforts through emails, LinkedIn, and other tools
- Review and qualify leads to see if they’re a good fit
- Maintain good communication and relationships with leads
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams
- Track and report on lead generation results
- Monitor new direct deals using the dashboard
- Send reminders to agents or dealers for pending invoices
- Coordinate with other teams to solve day-to-day issues
- Check and improve buying performance when needed
- Keep records organized and make sure everything follows company processes
- Experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development
- Higher education (preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields)
- Knowledge of the English language – must have
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using CRM systems and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email marketing platforms)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
- 2+ years of professional experience in sales, lead generation, procurement, or supply chain roles its a plus

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
