We are looking for Business Support & Operation in Atlanta, GA for 6+ months contract position.

Job Title: Business Support & Operation

Location: Atlanta, GA

Specific duties include (but are not limited to):

· Facilitate analysis sessions

· Gather and prepare business user requirements for system changes

· Analyze and model requirements

· Provides customer support in the maintenance of systems.

· Creation of test plans, test cases and test scripts to validate business requirements

· May serve as liaison between customers and technical staff in implementation and development of business process automation.

· Tests and/or coordinates testing of new installations or upgrades

· Consults with vendors or technical staff to insure that functionality of automated system is consistent with adherence to laws, regulations, and best practice standards by users

· Assists in the development of standards and procedures used in development of new or enhancement of existing systems

· Participates in the establishment of standards and procedures to be used in the development of systems

· Researches and analyzes system/user problems by applying a variety of analytical and research techniques

Entry Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a related field Or Associate degree in a related field and two years of related experience Or Two years at the lower level or equivalent (ITP060)

Essential Qualifications:

· Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to appropriately address internal & external customer issues while respecting business needs and also in relations to maintenance of systems

· Accountability

· Results Orientation: Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage team to achieve performance goals

· Judgment and Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to weigh the needs of the taxpayers and the department to decide the best course of action for all parties, under general supervision

· Teamwork and Cooperation: Demonstrated ability to promote the team atmosphere, be inclusive of all team members, and work well with co-workers & leadership

· Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs or initiatives

· Analyzes information to determine nature and extent of customer requirements and concerns

Preferred Skills:

· Researches and analyzes system/user problems by applying a variety of analytical and research techniques

· Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Experience using SharePoint as a repository for project documentation.

· Knowledge of Income and/or Business Taxes

· Excellent verbal and writing skills
