Business Support Consultant

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Support Consultant to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Provide timely technical assistance to end-users via Microsoft Teams or the ticketing system
• Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis and handle 2nd and 3rd level incidents and service requests
• Support and apply ITIL best practices for incident management and problem resolution
• Manage all relevant incident and service request details based on the SLAs and allocate categorization and prioritization
• Follow up with users and update the Knowledge Base
• Manage data and analysis using Excel, including pivot tables, SQL Queries
• Provide technical guidance and training to end users

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT support or a related role
• Proficiency in end-user support and information systems assistance
• Very good knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Confluence/Jira
• Experience with SQL queries
• Proficiency in using wiki platforms, collaborative sites, and social networks for documentation and knowledge sharing
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive user experience
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely
