Job Description:

This job is responsible for supporting the GPS Client Experience Executive by completing administrative and project management functions. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining project plans, client data management, business planning and preparing presentations for senior management. Job expectations include being able to work effectively in multiple facets of the organization and across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates business presentations on strategy, planning initiatives and other materials

  • Tracks and supports weekly and monthly routines

  • Communicates and interacts with team members across various lines of business

  • Serves as a knowledgeable resource and point person who can help efficiently facilitate the day-to-day operations of the team

  • Performs comprehensive competitor and financial industry benchmark research

  • Assists with a variety of ad hoc assignments, typically with time constraints

Required Qualifications:

  •  1-3 years of experience in business support, project coordination, business analytics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience creating executive-level presentations and management reporting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data and identifying trends.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and manage competing priorities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$85,500.00 - $114,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
