Role Overview   

EdgeUno is seeking a dynamic, data-savvy Business Strategy & Sales Enablement Specialist to build and lead a new business support function within the Sales organization. This role will be instrumental in identifying risks and opportunities from sales data, co-developing deal-closing strategies with the sales team, crafting business cases for pricing and expansion initiatives, and producing high-impact internal reports that drive decision-making and performance. 

This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and knows how to turn insights into action. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze sales pipeline data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities 
  • Detect early warning signals for deal slippage or underperformance 
  • Build actionable dashboards and visualizations for sales leadership 
  • Collaborate with BDMs to develop strategies for closing high-value or stalled deals 
  • Facilitate deal reviews and pipeline clinics to improve forecasting and win rates 
  • Provide competitive intelligence and tailored insights to support negotiations 
  • Lead development of business cases for pricing strategies, new market entries, and strategic initiatives 
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, product, and marketing to evaluate market potential and model ROI 
  • Present strategic recommendations to improve sales performance 
  • Design and maintain internal dashboards tracking KPIs, performance, and strategic initiatives 
  • Ensure reporting is timely, visually engaging, and aligned with leadership priorities 
  • Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with curated insights 
  • Build a centralized Sales Intelligence Hub with competitive insights and market trends 
  • Implement pipeline scoring and predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy 
  • Lead and track strategic initiatives like pricing changes and market expansion 
  • Create executive-ready briefs with scenario modeling and ROI analysis 
  • Develop sales enablement tools including onboarding kits and success playbooks 
  • Analyze lost deals and customer feedback to inform product and pricing strategy 
  • Foster cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Finance, and Network teams 
  • Champion a performance-driven culture through storytelling and internal communications 

 

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years in sales strategy, business analysis, or commercial operations—telecom or infrastructure experience preferred   
  • Strong command of Excel, CRM systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)   
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence senior stakeholders   
  • Excellent communication skills—able to craft compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations   
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
