We are looking for a motivated Business Sales Executive Intern who wants to build a career in IT Sales and Business Development. This role is ideal for candidates interested in selling enterprise software solutions, ERP systems, CRM platforms, automation tools, and integrations.
You will work closely with the sales and consulting teams to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
This role provides hands-on exposure to B2B sales, technology consulting, SaaS platforms, and enterprise digital transformation solutions.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential business clients in the Pune market.
Conduct market research to find companies that need ERP, CRM, automation, or integration solutions.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
Assist the sales team in client discovery calls and product presentations.
Understand client requirements and help recommend suitable IT solutions.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and solution documents.
Promote enterprise technology services including:
ERP consulting and implementation
CRM systems
Zoho applications (CRM, Finance, HR, Projects, Inventory)
Business automation solutions
API and system integrations
Cloud-based business applications
Custom software solutions
Maintain leads and opportunities in CRM systems.
Track sales activities and follow-ups with prospects.
Assist in preparing sales reports and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- 0–1
year of local experience in Pune (freshers welcome).
- Strong
interest in IT sales, SaaS products, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated
with interest in sales and business development.
- Bachelor’s
/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
