Duration: Long Term
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in performing systems analysis for business rules applications
- 3+ years of experience in performing systems analysis for large scale, complex applications with high performance needs
- 3+ years of experience IBM Rational Requisite Pro or equivalent requirements management tool
- Experience with various development methodologies (i.e. Agile, Iterative, Waterfall) in Software Development Life Cycle management
- Experience with documenting and proposing business processes, business flows, and rules
- Experience in Rule/Decision Analysis (FICO Blaze)
- Experience designing and developing business object models
- Experience with Java/J2EE
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong client interaction skills
- Experience developing detailed requirements documents (i.e. uses cases)
- Participate in and facilitate workshops/JAD sessions
