The Role

We are seeking a Business & Revenue Operations Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across our Flywheel, GTM, and Finance teams. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, customer success, finance, and consulting, ensuring that Cobot operates efficiently, stays aligned, and consistently leverages insights to guide decisions.

You will develop processes, insights, and reporting frameworks that connect company strategy to measurable outcomes. In short, you will help keep the trains running on time while also building the systems that make them run faster and more efficiently.

Collaborative Robotics is a team of innovators redefining the future of human-robot interaction. We are working toward a world where robots intuitively work, adapt, and react around people, rather than the other way around.

This role is based in our Santa Clara HQ or Seattle offices. Remote work is available from the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, Boulder/Denver, or Pittsburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

Flywheel Consulting Operations

  • Design and support repeatable methodologies for customer engagement setup, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout.

  • Oversee resource planning tools and processes to support project staffing and utilization.

  • Perform capacity modeling against active engagements and pipeline opportunities to inform hiring plans.
Manage analytics for organizational KPIs, including billing accuracy, utilization, and engagement health.

GTM Operations

  • Maintain CRM opportunity hygiene and ensure timely updates across GTM teams.

  • Support the GTM organization with proposals, contract development, and risk reviews.

  • Provide executive-level reporting on growth performance, forecasting, and variance-to-plan.

  • Partner with Marketing and Product to analyze customer acquisition efficiency and retention drivers.

Revenue Operations

  • Build dashboards and analytics that track revenue, margin, utilization, backlog, and CSAT.

  • Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, pricing models, and deal structuring.

  • Support annual planning and P&L forecasting.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting operations, business operations, or delivery excellence (preferably in robotics, automation, digital transformation, or technology consulting).

  • Familiarity with fixed-price, time-and-materials, and retainer-based consulting models.

  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel/Sheets and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Proven experience managing utilization, capacity, and project performance metrics.

  • Demonstrated success improving GTM efficiency, forecasting accuracy, or financial performance.

  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

  • Must have and maintain U.S. work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in robotics, automation, or Industry 4.0 environments.

  • Familiarity with subscription-based or “as-a-service” revenue models.

  • Experience managing GTM and Alliances opportunities in HubSpot.

  • MBA or equivalent experience in a high-growth tech environment.

  • Experience scaling a consulting or professional services practice within a high-growth company.

  • PMP or equivalent project-management certification.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level.
