Business Program Manager

The Role

We are looking for a Business Program Manager to plan and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. This role suits someone who can bring structure to complex work, align teams around clear priorities, and turn business goals into practical plans.

You will partner with product, operations, engineering, and go-to-market teams on programs that serve a global customer base. You will coordinate workstreams, track milestones and metrics, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders informed as priorities evolve. The work spans business operations, program delivery, and stakeholder management across teams.

You should be comfortable managing multiple initiatives, using data and dashboards to guide decisions, and presenting clear updates and recommendations to senior leaders. Strong program management fundamentals and sound judgment will help you turn strategy into execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Program Design & Launch: Define the scope, milestones, owners, and measures of success for cross-functional programs, then support their launch.

  • Coordinate & Execute: Organize day-to-day work across teams, maintain regular check-ins, and follow up on actions so programs keep moving.

  • Operational Excellence: Monitor progress through data and dashboards, manage dependencies and risks, and focus on measurable outcomes. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to show how programs are performing.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to agree on priorities, resolve gaps, and keep delivery aligned.

  • Clear Communication: Share timely updates that make progress, risks, decisions needed, and next steps clear to stakeholders. Prepare program status updates for senior leaders and support executive reporting.

  • Decision Support: Assess options and trade-offs, prepare recommendations based on data, and raise issues with the right context when decisions are needed.

  • Adapt & Improve: Identify problems early, adjust plans as priorities change, and improve ways of working to make programs more effective.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 - 9 years of experience supporting or leading cross-functional programs in a SaaS or technology environment.

  • Experience working in ambiguous problem spaces and helping bring structure, clarity, and momentum to new initiatives.

  • Strong program management fundamentals, including planning, execution tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and dashboards to inform decisions and communicate progress and risks.

  • Comfortable managing up and across teams, with experience presenting updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to operate at both the strategic level (understanding goals and priorities) and the tactical level (driving day-to-day execution).

  • Clear, effective communicator across written and verbal formats.

  • Strong collaborator who can influence without authority and build trust across teams.

  • Passion for customer success and delivering real, measurable impact.
