About the Role
Business Process Development Specialist at Jago plays an important role to provide system readiness solutions to support the growth of the Partnership Lending business.
What you will do
- Prepare the lending product and features needed by Partners in the Bank system
- Prepare a comprehensive UAT scenario to ensure that the system can operate properly
- End-to-end system testing
- Ensure the availability of the lending product and features before the collaboration with the Partners begin
- Monitor post-implementation to production
- Ensure all the administrative documents related to system preparation
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- Minimum 3 years experience as Business Process Development or System Solution
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling lending products for business lending segment in banking industry
- Significant experience with project management.
