Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.
Must have skills : Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP)
Good to have skills : Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS)

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address operational challenges. This position demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and cross-functional partnership.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on process objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business workflows.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable process documentation.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and tools to visualize workflows effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
