Summary
As a Business and Integration Architect specializing in the Semiconductor industry, you will apply deep industry and functional expertise to help clients transform their operations and achieve strategic business objectives. You will collaborate across the semiconductor ecosystem to co-innovate and develop industry solutions and assets. Your typical day will involve engaging with client stakeholders, assessing current-state processes, defining future-state operating models, shaping digital transformation roadmaps, and guiding solution implementation across the semiconductor value chain.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to perform independently and act as a subject matter expert in semiconductor industry transformation.
- Provide semiconductor industry thought leadership and contribute actively to team and client discussions.
- Understand client business needs and translate them into business requirements, process flows, functional requirements, and technology-enabled solutions.
- Assess current-state processes, identify operational issues, and recommend process or technology interventions.
- Define future-state visions, develop business cases, and create transformation roadmaps covering assessment, migration planning, and execution.
- Incubate and implement solutions across chip design and development, fabrication, assembly and testing, supply chain and distribution, and supplier or partner management.
- Create innovative enterprise solution offerings and reusable assets that support profitability, productivity, and other organizational goals.
- Lead teams in delivering projects for global semiconductor manufacturing or allied-industry clients.
- Present solutions effectively in unstructured and rapidly changing client environments.
- Gather business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and reviews of existing documentation.
- Act as an interface between business and technology teams to ensure alignment throughout solution delivery.
- Support industry leadership and global sales teams in identifying and winning digital opportunities in semiconductor accounts.
- Contribute to the growth of the High-Tech and Semiconductors Industry and Functions team through thought leadership, patents, white papers, and related assets.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of semiconductor design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes.
- Experience in at least two functional areas, such as semiconductor supply chain, fab manufacturing execution, inventory management, Industry 4.0, or related areas.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in semiconductor or allied-industry consulting, with a focus on digital transformation programs.
- Experience delivering consulting or IT-led business transformation engagements for semiconductor manufacturing or allied clients using AI, IoT, or other emerging technologies.
- Proven experience implementing industry solutions and defining future-state visions, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify key trends, and develop relevant, data-driven client recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a large, global organization and work across cultures.
- Good To Have Skills: Certifications in leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.

- An MBA from a Tier-I business school is highly desirable.
