Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires creating comprehensive documentation to support the deployment of new processes and technologies. The role includes close collaboration with various business units to define detailed product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to ensure that business needs are accurately represented and integrated into solutions, fostering seamless implementation and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to computer system validation.
- Experience in developing and maintaining validation documentation including protocols, reports, and traceability matrices.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify validation requirements and risks.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure validation activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement in validation processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
