Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating comprehensive documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to meet evolving operational challenges and enhance overall efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong expertise in financial process design and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process documentation.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and technology adoption.
- Skilled in analyzing user workflows and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable business solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education including CA, CMA, MBA Finance, PG MBA, or MCom is required.
