The Role and Your Impact
As an Experience Design Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the consulting team in the implementation of our management platforms. Your main mission will be to analyze process logic, ensure the proper technical configuration of tools (primarily Qualtrics), and document workflows, guaranteeing that everything operates optimally and meets high-quality standards. Additionally, you will provide cross-functional support for our Experience Management consulting solutions.

Skills Required
- Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2 to 4 years of experience in process analysis or technical platform implementation
- Bilingual English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Proactive attitude towards self-learning
