Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Fulfillment Process and Performance (FPP) is currently seeking Business Process Analysts to map our Fulfillment organization's process requirements in support the future development and implementation of SAP. The Business Process Analyst (Level 2 or Level 3)will join the Fulfillment Process and Performance Organization located in Everett or Renton, WA. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
As a member of the FPP team the Business Process Analyst will act as a subject matter expert for our Warehouse fulfillment processes and play a critical role in the design and rollout of SAP.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of existing Boeing Warehouse and Fulfillment processes in Manhattan WMS and downstream systems (ERPLN / SAP, CMES, KITS etc) to provide solutions for complex business scenarios within the Warehouse Management space
  • Communicate with information technology organizations as a representative of functional users on user requirements
  • Provide pre and post implementation support including system configuration, user acceptance testing, associate training, functionality rollouts and system audits
  • Develop and implement new business processes, tools and techniques
  • Support workshops to train site trainers on the use and maintenance of the Manhattan WMS system while also assisting in the development of standard operating procedures
  • Present analysis to senior managers and executive leadership team.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years' experience in Warehouse, Fulfillment, Logistics, Transportation or Supply Chain related roles with demonstrated subject matter expertise of warehouse operations and logistics processes
  • 3+ years' experience documenting, designing and /or implementing Warehouse Management Systems processes (Manhattan or similar ERP / WMS)
  • Demonstrated presentation skills for multiple audiences including executive leader briefings and end user training

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Level 3: 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain systems
  • Bachelors Degree in one of the following related disciplines: Warehousing and Fulfillment, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Strategy or Information Technology
  • Experience with Warehousing 3PL system interfaces & integrations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Level 2 Summary Pay Range: $77,430 - $83,660
Level 3 Summary Pay Range: $93,090 - $100,580
