Business Process Analyst

We are looking for motivated Business Process Analyst with hands-on experience in Process Analysis and Modeling, ideally with exposure to the ARIS Business Process Analysis Suite. The candidate will support ongoing process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, documenting requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and optimize current business processes using ARIS.
• Support process mapping and modeling activities to visualize both current and target state workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify process gaps.
• Assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and evaluate process performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance on ARIS usage and process documentation standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Process Analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in ARIS Business Process Analysis Suite (BPAS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
