Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Presentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in producing high-quality PowerPoint presentations that adhere to our brand standards and meet tight deadlines. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create, design, and format professional PowerPoint presentations that align with our brand standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather content and understand presentation requirements.
- Transform complex data and concepts into clear, visually appealing slides.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality output in all presentations.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines to deliver presentations on time.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and presentation techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.
- Maintain a library of presentation templates and assets for easy access and use by the team.
- Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance the overall impact of presentations.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations, in a corporate or design agency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides; knowledge of other design tools e.g. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
