are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant. This role requires a structured and detail-oriented
professional who can effectively manage both business and administrative tasks.
A technical background is highly preferred, as the role involves
handling a variety of complex assignments.
We are seeking a candidate
with at least 5 years of experience, capable of working independently
and handling high-level responsibilities with confidence.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide
high-level support in managing business.
- Present business related presentations for the management
- Organize and
structure complex information, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Handling financial and operational tasks, including data analysis and reporting
in Excel.
- Coordinate and
oversee various projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Handle logistical support, including scheduling, travel
arrangements, and document preparation.
- Act as a
reliable point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fluency in
both Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational
and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively.
- Advanced Excel
skills and experience working with structured data.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- A technical
education/background (trading) is highly preferred.
- A proactive
mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive solutions.
