As Business Partner, Tech & Data, you keep our internal operations running smoothly — across hardware, internal tooling, workflows/automation, spend control, and operational insights.
You’ll own the critical stuff: getting people set up fast, keeping tools clean and compliant, preventing “spend chaos”, automating what shouldn’t be manual, and turning messy ops data into dashboards people trust.
This is not a “be the expert in everything” role. It’s for someone with a deep sense for tech who loves supporting colleagues and brings structure, consistency, and a pragmatic “controller” mindset.
You report to the Head of Company Operations. Your main internal clients are all colleagues, HR/People, Finance/Ops, leads, and leadership.
What you’ll doInternal hardware (end-user IT)
- Own tech onboarding: set people up for day 1 (device readiness, setup hygiene, practical guidance).
- Run inventory management end-to-end
- Troubleshoot device issues pragmatically and fast (and coordinate with vendors when needed).
Internal tooling & operations enablement
- Own subscription management.
- Manage seat management and access hygiene across tools.
- Own onboard/offboard flows across tooling.
- Drive knowledge base documentation that stays useful: short, searchable, and up-to-date.
- Support payment processing and budget management & controlling for internal tooling and operational spend.
Tooling, templates & workflow automation
- Own and evolve internal tooling, templates, and workflows.
- Build workflow automation that reduces manual work, prevents errors, and scales how we operate.
BI / Data ops for internal operations
- Handle data extraction and data cleanup (the full ETL pipeline) for operational data.
- Build and maintain dashboards / reporting that support company operations and decision making.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses when needed.

- You’re comfortable working hybrid and collaborating closely with the Antwerp HQ.
- You communicate fluently in English.
- You can travel occasionally to Antwerp for onboarding and team time.
- Speak English fluently.
