Activities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for Advanced Analytics and Self-AI environments
  • Collect, structure, and prioritize user needs in analytics and AI
  • Ensure functional alignment between user requirements and technical capabilities
  • Support onboarding and promote adoption of analytics and AI products
  • Monitor usage and value indicators to assess impact on R&D activities
  • Drive product governance in collaboration with R&D sponsors and tech teams
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint reviews, PI planning, governance meetings)
  • Identify key analytical and AI capability needs within R&D
  • Ensure users have access to the right tools and environments for their analyses
  • Support scientific teams in applying Self-AI features to their projects

Requirements

About You

  • Experience: 3+ years in complex analytics or AI/ML project environments. Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in regulated R&D domains. Familiarity with R&D processes: preclinical research, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, portfolio management. Agile/Scrum experience and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Skills: Strong background in advanced analytics and AI/ML project management. Knowledge of MLOps practices (pipeline management, model performance, industrialization). Understanding of analytical languages (R, SAS, Python) and AI platforms (e.g., Dataiku). Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps. Proactive mindset, results-oriented, and excellent communication skills
  • Education: Degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or related fields
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
