  • Build Playbooks. You’ll help us build the playbook to scale supply when we introduce new products and offerings.
  • Process building. To drive task efficiency. Evaluate current workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Day to day operations tasks. Managing various tasks, reporting, data analysis, resource allocation
  • Workflow quality assurance to ensure operational reliability of our analytics, tools, and processes.
  • Catalog inboxes and workflows to make sure teams can stay organized and on track.

What You Have

  • At least 2+ years of data analytics experience in a professional setting utilizing Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc).
  • Obsessed with numbers: You speak Excel formulas as a second language. You’re comfortable with large datasets, can glean actionable insights, and use those to tell compelling stories.
  • Tech-knowledgeable: You’ll need to quickly pick up our toolset and become an expert. HubSpot experience is a huge bonus!

  • Gritty. Roll sleeves up, no task is too small, do whatever it takes to make things successful.
  • A circus-level juggler: You’re not only comfortable with a high-volume list of varied tasks, but also with prioritizing them.
  • Solution-oriented: You love solving puzzles and operate with solutions top-of-mind.
  • Devoted to an iterative approach: You learn by experimentation & feedback and can’t wait to make the next small tweak toward success.
  • Industry-savvy: Restaurant industry experience is a huge plus.
