Business Operations Senior Analyst

Job Description:

a. Well-honed analytical skills and an attention to detail;
b. An excellent standard of written and spoken English;
c. Excellent communication, including negotiation skills, and professional presence;
d. Advanced Excel knowledge, understanding and utilising formulas (both mathematical and
logical), pivot tables, graphs, macros, links to SharePoint lists, etc.
e. A broad knowledge of computer hardware and software;
f. Ability to work alone or with a team, under minimal supervision;
g. Ability to form and lead small virtual teams;
h. Comfortable dealing with people of all levels within an organisation;
i. Ability to accept direction, apply defined business rules and follow defined processes;
j. Ability to multi-task, prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
k. Understanding of Application Lifecycle Practices;
l. Understanding of server, storage and network technologies and their relationships to
SharePoint
