DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations Senior Analyst to support and enhance our operational processes. This role will focus on proposal and contract management, marketing operations, pricing strategies, deal desk support, reporting, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights and strategies that optimize performance and support business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Proposal & Contract Management:

  • Support the development and review of proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Assist in contract negotiations by analyzing terms and conditions, pricing structures, and risks.
  • Maintain a centralized repository for contracts and proposals, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to manage contract approvals, renewals, and amendments.

Marketing Operations:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and provide actionable insights.
  • Support lead management and marketing automation processes, ensuring alignment with sales operations.
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.

Pricing & Deal Desk Support:

  • Develop and maintain pricing models and strategies to optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Support the deal desk function by reviewing deal structures, discounting, and approvals.
  • Work closely with sales and finance teams to analyze pricing impacts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining competitive pricing intelligence.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business operations, marketing, sales, and financial performance.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting processes across departments.

Delivery Operations:

  • Oversee and optimize service and product delivery processes to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with project managers and delivery teams to track performance against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop frameworks and best practices for improving delivery operations and resource allocation.
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks in service delivery and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure seamless post-sales implementation and support.
  • Support operational readiness for new service offerings, ensuring teams have the tools and processes needed for execution.

QUALIFICATIONS*

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, financial analysis, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of proposal management tools, contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, and deal desk processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and business process optimization strategies.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, pricing strategies, and competitive intelligence.
  • Knowledge of delivery management frameworks such as Agile or ITIL.
